Erebors
Limba,
♂
03 February 1987 – 31 August 2000
Our first Akita was a tireless hunting dog, but at home
he was the quiet “little bear”.

Ajia
von Nobara Ken,
♀
11 January 1989 – 24 May 2002
Ajia was deeply devoted and followed us everywhere
without a leash.
She loved stealing our rabbits` dry bread. She was the
„leader“ of the pack and got on very
well with other dogs.

Mitsubaki
go no Shatsuko (RufnameTaru),
♀
08 March 1994 – 05 March 2004
When Taru came to us at the age of 8 weeks, our two
“older” Akita were not very amused. They had never
experienced such a bundle of energy before. She had so
much power. However, gradually the 3 grew together and
became an insepa-rable team. As time went on even Taru
became a quieter and more pleasant part of the family.
Sadly she had to be put to sleep after only 10 years as
she was terminally ill with intestinal paralysis.

Akasta`s
Kisaki,
♀
25 July 2005 – 09 February 2006
I picked up Kisaki from Texas when she was 4 month old.
She was a very dainty and typical puppy. At the
beginning she was very playful and we didn´t notice
anything unusual in her movements. However after some
time she had problems with walking. The x-rays confirmed
our worst fears and showed a deformity in the joints of
fore- and hindlegs. We made a very difficult decision
and that was not to wake her up from her anaesthesia.
